Rossi is a resident Kappa and co-owns Happy Kappa with Craig.

Rossi's tattoo career started around 9 years ago when he completed his apprenticeship. Having had a traditional apprenticeship, Rossi holds strong core values and an insane respect and genuine passion for tattooing as a craft.

In 2019, it was time for Rossi to move on and settle in to his own, so he opened Happy Kappa in Pwllheli! Traditional and Japanese style tattooing are Rossi's jam, he specialises in bold traditional Japanese styles and strong traditional and old-school tattoos but this guy can turn his hand to anything.

Rossi has a background in art and the community and most recently volunteers his time to a programme teaching art to local teenagers.

He really doesn't like making tea and he really likes making people happy, we promise he's not as grumpy as he looks!
