You're welcome to book a tattoo by messaging us via Email, Facebook or Instagram, but the best way to book a tattoo is to pop in during our opening hours! It's always easier to discuss tattoo ideas in person. That way, you're more likely to be given an accurate price estimate and be on the same page when it comes to your tattoo requirements.
We aim to respond the same day to all enquiries. Please choose one method of contact, we will get back to you! If you message after opening hours, we might not get back to you until we're open again. We work through our messages in order of when they were sent first, and if you send us a message on Facebook, then also through email and then Instagram, it WILL take us longer to get back to you. Choose one and rest assured you will get a reply as soon as we can. Responses rarely take longer than a couple of hours during our opening hours.
Yes. No appointments enter the diary or are held without a deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Yes! As long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will count as a no-show / cancellations.
Please bear in mind when booking, that deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule with 48 hours notice, but if you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.
Yes! We do work on a booking format, but if we have the space we will always do our best to fit you in, sometimes it just means we might have to send you off for a bite to eat, or ask you to come back later in the day, but we always do our best to accommodate!
We don't mind if you bring a friend or family member with you for moral support, but please bear in mind that under 18's are not permitted in the tattoo work area, and under 16's can't be left unattended anywhere in the studio.
Yes. This charge is as low as we can justify and it covers our set-up fee, so that it doesn't leave us at a loss. This charge applies to tattoos no matter how small, as is per person. However, if we think there is an additional small tattoo that we can do in the same sitting without raising the price, we're happy to do that for you at the same time.
Ususally, no. This is why discussing the tattoo in person beforehand is encouraged. Any drawing and prep work we do for you is done in our artists own spare time, usually after hours or at home. Rest assured your design will be ready in time for your appointment, and if you want to make adjustments we will always accommodate, you'll never be pressured in to going ahead with a tattoo you're unsure of.
We are a cash only studio and we have no card machine facility. We can also accept PayPal, but there are a number of ATM's on our street where you can retrieve cash. We can not facilitate card payments or bank transfers.
Please get in touch and discuss with us first before you use numbing cream. We prefer not to work on numbed skin, and almost everybody makes it through their tattoo comfortably without a hitch.
We have aftercare balm for sale at the studio. It's just £5 per tin, and a tin is more than plenty for a few small tattoos, or even a couple of large ones! If you're a seasoned tattoo collector with many successfully well healed tattoos, we trust your regular choice of aftercare.
Yes! Vouchers are available all year round and are available at the studio. They are strictly non-refundable and must be used within 6 months, and can be used for anything at the studio including tattoos, piercings, jewellery, art prints, merch and aftercare!
